Midlife isn’t the time to give up on your body - it’s the time to understand it better. Between crazy hormones, busy schedules, unpredictable energy levels, and the general chaos and demands of life, it’s no wonder so many women feel lost or frustrated with their fitness and wellbeing.

My philosophy has always been to train smarter, not harder - because none of us have the time or the will to spend hours in the gym anymore. My sessions are designed to be enjoyable, time-efficient, and genuinely effective, so every minute you put in actually counts. We’ll focus on building strength, energy, and confidence, not punishment or perfection. Whether your goal is to lose some body fat, look a bit leaner, feel stronger, or just start with getting your mojo back. We’ll make it happen together.

We’ll cover all aspects of your wellbeing including nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and everything else that contributes. Being a certified yoga teacher, many clients love to combine or follow their strength sessions with yoga and I strongly encourage this for a fully holistic approach. Many coaching clients also attend my group yoga classes held locally.

You will be in safe hands. There’s a reason I have so many committed long term clients. Of course, there is lots of hard work, sweat and dedication but there ‘s always a mutual understanding, trust and respect too plus a good few laughs and putting the world to rights.

I’ll motivate you, make you accountable, support and encourage you. I promise we will celebrate every milestone together.
