About me
I didn't come into this career because I had it all figured out. I came to it because I know just how much prioritising my health and fitness has impacted my life. I want to share all that I’ve learned.
I'm in my 50s, late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD, and I've experienced first-hand how midlife, hormones and menopause changes everything - from your energy and confidence to how your body responds to exercise.
That's why I believe fitness shouldn't be about punishing yourself or chasing perfection. It should help you feel stronger, calmer and more at home in your own body.
Whether I'm teaching yoga, coaching strength training or talking about nutrition, my aim is always the same: to make wellbeing feel simple, achievable, and something that fits real life.
I continue to study, particularly yoga, meditation, mental health and neurodiversity.
I’m a forever student. Always questioning and always curious.
